Phase Gate Methodology

Phase gate is a structured process to review, evaluate, and document outcomes in each project phase and to provide management with information to guide resource deployment toward strategic goals.

At minimum each gate should include three components:
·         1. Required deliverables
·        2.  Gate criteria and specific outputs
·         3. A clear yes or no decision on whether to go ahead

This figure is a picture depict phase gate process diagram if each phase have gone (requirement received) so the process can through the gate, but which especially here that for the some firm combine the gate 5 and gate 6 order to their phase gate process diagram just conten of five gate.
